Blueberries are sweet, nutritious and wildly popular.Often labeled a superfood, they are low in calories and incredibly good for you. Today i am making a smoothie which i often make and loved by my kids.

Ingredients

  • 250gms blueberries
  • 400 gms yoghurt
  • 1/2 ltr. Milk
  • 4tbsp sugar
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • 1Wah the blueberries well and add all the ingredients in the jar except icecream and blend it well . In the end add the iceberg and just blend again for 30 seconds. Serve chilled.
