Salads are my husband's favourite he can just have a bowl of salad for dinner and relish it . So i keep looking for salad varieties. This is a very easy quick fix salad ideal for a simple dinner or a party . I suggest you serve it cold .
Other than cucumbers and dill the other prominently ingredient is garlic as we all know garlic has huge health benefits when its eaten raw , experts suggest that we should mince garlic and leave it for 10mts so that its releases its antioxidant properties and then consumed so that we benefit from it fully . Ingredients
- Cucumbers 3
- Garlic 4 cloves grated
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Dill leaves or soy leaves 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Thick Yoghurt 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Directions
- 1Partially peel the cucumbers so that you get this strip design just to give a appealing look
- 2In a bowl mix thick yoghurt (we dont want our salad to be watery so pls remove the excess water . Hung yoghurt will work best . ) and all the other ingredients check the salt and toss in the cucumbers
- 3Serve chilled
