Todays recipe is green grape juice which is very different from the previously posted purple grapes juice. It has a unique flavour do try it and give your feedback
Ingredients
- Green grapes 500 gms
- Ginger 2 inch chopped
- Mint leaves handfull
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Water 2 cup
- Sugar to taste
- Black salt 1/2tsp
Directions
- 1Wash the grapes well. Freshly squeeze 1 lemon . Now add all the above ingredients in the blender with cold water and grind it well . Check the sugar and salt and adjust accordingly. Now strain the juice and serve cold.
