After any festivals we end up with lots of sweets specially ladoos and barfi's . To make use of these we can completely transform them and make a new dish which turns out excellent and easy and no one can guess it's made of leftover ladoos. But in my case it was not the excess ladoos that made invent this dessert but the low quality of the ladoos which looked very dry , made me think how to use them and not waste them made me invent this new dessert. I used mangalorean yellow ladoos but you can use Boondi ladoos too there is no need of adding additional sugar as the ladoos are already sweet. The final result was so good that hardly any one could guess it was made of leftover ladoos.
