This dish is called Keri kolmi no patio which basically means prawn mango curry. The Parsi Patio at its very basic is a sweet, sour and slightly spicy seafood with a unique taste. As mangoes are in season I thought of posting this sweet and sour dish to be enjoyed by all of you other than our usual food. Many of you might be a little hesitant to try ripe mangoes with prawns like I did too when I tried first but believe me it's worth giving a try so that you can enjoy other cuisines too. This dish is usually served with a simple Khichdi or steam rice.
