Fruit such as pineapple makes a healthy snack choice, and cucumbers have long been considered a dieter's friend because of their high water content and low calorie count.Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contain the enzyme bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties and shrinks belly fat. This recipe is so quick and easy with loads of nutrients do try it.

Ingredients

  • 1 small fresh pineapple
  • small carrot grated
  • Cucumber 1
  • Coriander leaves handfull chopped
  • Pepper 1/2tsp or more
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1Cut the pineapple and the cucumber into bite size cubes , grate the carrot. Set aside in a a mixing bowl .
  • 2Add the salt and pepper. If your pineapple is very sour add some sugar, mine was very sweet so I didn't add any its completely your choice. Serve it immediately.
