Ingredients
- 1 small fresh pineapple
- small carrot grated
- Cucumber 1
- Coriander leaves handfull chopped
- Pepper 1/2tsp or more
- Salt to taste
Directions
- 1Cut the pineapple and the cucumber into bite size cubes , grate the carrot. Set aside in a a mixing bowl .
- 2Add the salt and pepper. If your pineapple is very sour add some sugar, mine was very sweet so I didn't add any its completely your choice. Serve it immediately.
