Grill fish consumes less oil and maintains the goodness of fish as such. Fish by itself is a tastier food and cooking it in a grill / tawa makes it still tastier. Above all, it can be cooked at home!

Ingredients

  • Seer Fish ( or any fleshy fish) - 3 pieces
  • Lemon - 1 no
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - to grease

Directions

  • 1Beat the egg along with pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • 2Clean the fish and rinse in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  • 3Pre-heat the grill oven and cook the fish untill it is done.
  • 4As an alternative to grill cooking, grease a non-stick pan with oil. Cook the fish pieces in the pan by covering it with a lid.
  • 5Spongy Grill / tawa fish is ready to serve now.
