Grill fish consumes less oil and maintains the goodness of fish as such. Fish by itself is a tastier food and cooking it in a grill / tawa makes it still tastier. Above all, it can be cooked at home!
Ingredients
- Seer Fish ( or any fleshy fish) - 3 pieces
- Lemon - 1 no
- Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 no
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to grease
Directions
- 1Beat the egg along with pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
- 2Clean the fish and rinse in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- 3Pre-heat the grill oven and cook the fish untill it is done.
- 4As an alternative to grill cooking, grease a non-stick pan with oil. Cook the fish pieces in the pan by covering it with a lid.
- 5Spongy Grill / tawa fish is ready to serve now.
