Ingredients

  • 500g White flour
  • 25g Eggs
  • 25g Butter
  • 100ml Milk
  • 165ml Water
  • 9g Instant dry east
  • 1g Sugar
  • 10g Salt

Directions

  • 1Put all liquid ingredients together and dilute the yeast in the water. Knead with all ingredients, including butter 1m mins in the mixer or until dough is elastic, soft and uniform.
  • 2Cover and let it rise for half an hour at room temperature or until it doubles in size.
  • 3cut pieces of 100 grams dough and then form the balls. Brush it with egg.
  • 4When it doubled in size, bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees (Celsius).
