Heat some oil in the saucepan. Add chicken and potatoes, stir for 5 mins.
Add the water with vegetable stock cube and bring to boil.
Cook for 35 mins.
Smash some potatoes with a fork to thicken the soup.
Heat some oil in the saucepan. Add chopped almonds and garlic (I use food processor). Stir until golden (5 mins).
Pour almonds and garlic to soup saucepan. Add vinegar, pinch of salt, some herbs. Stir for 2 mins.

- 3,5 cups water (900ml)
- 1 Vegetable stock cube
- 50g Whole almonds
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 2 tbspoon Rise vinegar
- Olive oil for cooking
