Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 teaspoons active dry yeast (Bob's Red Mill)
- 120ml warm water
- 200g unbleached all-purpose (Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 spoon olive oil (extra virgin)
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar OR honey
- Topping:
- 1 small zucchini
- Ketchup (enough to cover pizza crust)
- 50g Cheese
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Dough:
- 1Combine the yeast, salt, sugar and warm water, let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- 2In a large mixing bowl add flour, olive oil and the yeast mixture.
- 3Once all of the ingredients are mixed, knead the dough for 5 minutes by hands.
- 4Shape the dough into a ball. Cover all dough in olive oil. Leave in the bowl for 40-60mins to rise.
- 5Punch the dough down to release the air. Let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
- 6Let it rest covered for 10 minutes and let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
