Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 1 teaspoons active dry yeast (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 120ml warm water
  • 200g unbleached all-purpose (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 spoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar OR honey
  • Topping:
  • 1 small zucchini
  • Ketchup (enough to cover pizza crust)
  • 50g Cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Dough:
  • 1Combine the yeast, salt, sugar and warm water, let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2In a large mixing bowl add flour, olive oil and the yeast mixture.
  • 3Once all of the ingredients are mixed, knead the dough for 5 minutes by hands.
  • 4Shape the dough into a ball. Cover all dough in olive oil. Leave in the bowl for 40-60mins to rise.
  • 5Punch the dough down to release the air. Let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
  • 6Let it rest covered for 10 minutes and let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
