I have done this recipe "thousand" times and it always works. Actually you can do it in one hour just before your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 200 g Whole Wheat (Bob's Red Mill)
- 100 g Oats
- 200 ml Water (warm)
- 1,5 tsp Active dry yeast (Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Sesame seeds (optional)
- 3 tsp Sunflower seeds (optional)
Directions
- 1Dissolve 1,5 tsp yeast in 200 ml warm water in a large glass (leave it until you combine other ingredients).
- 2Combine the flour, oats, salt, sugar, seeds and olive oil in a large bowl.
- 3Now stir water mixture to the bowl with combined ingredients. No need to knee just mix until smooth.
- 4Cover the bowl with towel and let it rise (approx 40 mins). It doesn't need to rise in double it is enough just to rise.
- 5Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake it 25 mins.
