Tahini- 1/2 cup, Garlic cloves(crushed)- 3, Olive oil- 3-4 tbsp, Lemon juice- 3-4 tbsp

For Salad, Ripe Mango Diced- 1&1/2 cup (Ripe but firm to touch), Cucumber(cored and diced)-

For the chicken marinate:, Boneless chicken breast(cut into fingers)- 450 gms, Chicken tikka

Pomegranate- 1, Red kidney beans- 1 can, Cherry tomatoes- 8-10, Strawberries- 8-10, Red bell

Chicken breast- 300 gms (cut into stips), Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp, Soya sauce- 1 tsp, Potato-

Green apple-2 cored and chopped, Celery sticks- 2 sliced(width wise), Red Grapes(or any grapes)-

Pomelo- 1 Peeled and seperated into segments., Prawns- 20-25 Peeled, deveined and washed with
