This is one of the easiest meal to make, i used green onions instead of cilantro
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe firm mango bite size cubes
- 1 tomato seeded and cubed
- 1 chili seeded and finely chopped
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 red pepper finely chopped
- 2 green onions or cilantro chopped
- salt to taste
Directions
- 1combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. season to taste and enjoy
It tastes better if left chilled for 30 minutes before serving.
