Cabbage stir fry is an excellent side dish served with a protein of your choice .

Ingredients
- 1 medium green shredded cabbage
- 1 sweet pepper diced lengthwise
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 zucchini diced
- 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp mixed spice, salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Directions
- 1Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium high, add the ginger and garlic until lightly browned, add turmeric, mixed spice and fry for 20 seconds then onions until translucent
- 2Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and stir fry on high for a minute, reduce the heat to medium low and add the honey, salt and pepper; cook for extra 3 minutes.
- 3Turn off the heat and add the green onions, cover for a minute and serve hot
