Ingredients
- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- 1 cup mixed veggies(carrots, peas, corn, green beans)
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 chick pea flour
- 1 onion chopped, 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne
- salt to taste
Directions
- 1set oven to medium high if you choose to bake them however if you are going to pan-fry them, make sure the mixture is not soggy and use flour and breadcrumbs instead of the chickpea flour
- 2in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and form patties
- 3transfer to a backing tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
