These chick peas taste so good and can be stored in the fridge for up to seven days
spread them on your salad or have them as a snack
you can add the spices for your choice if you like
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chickpeas drained and placed on a towel
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin or garam masala
Directions
- 1Set the oven to 400F
- 2In a mixing bowl,
- 3add the chickpeas,oil then the spices and salt
- 4spread on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes
