Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 300g milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Dash salt

Directions

  • 1Pre-heat oven .
  • 2Warm the milk on high for 2min.
  • 3Beat together the eggs and strain into the milk.
  • 4Stir in the vanilla and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • 5Cover and cook on medium setting for 15min to 20min.
  • 6Leave to cool for sometime before serving.
  • 7You can sprinkle extra nutmeg if desired.
