Ingredients
- 2 cups of mashed yams
- 2 tablespoonfuls of margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1Mix the mashed yam,pepper,salt, and margarine together in a bowl.
- 2Beat the egg,add milk and add to the mixture.
- 3Mix well and form into balls.
- 4Fry in deep oil till golden brown.
- 5Serve hot with stew or gravy
