Ingredients
- 1 large fish
- 2 big tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 teaspoonfuls margarine
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions
- 1Remove scales and cut-end tails from fish.
- 2Wash and drain the water.
- 3Grind onion and tomatoes together and add salt to taste.
- 4Spread on the fish and top with margarine.
- 5Bake in a moderate oven until well cooked or golden brown.
- 6Serve with boiled yam and vegetables.
