Ingredients

  • 1 large fish
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 teaspoonfuls margarine
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1Remove scales and cut-end tails from fish.
  • 2Wash and drain the water.
  • 3Grind onion and tomatoes together and add salt to taste.
  • 4Spread on the fish and top with margarine.
  • 5Bake in a moderate oven until well cooked or golden brown.
  • 6Serve with boiled yam and vegetables.
