Ingredients

  • 1 Eggplant
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons soya flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

  • 1Mix flours with salt and basil. Set aside.
  • 2Cut eggplant into rounds. Roll in flour mixture.
  • 3Grease oven pan with oil. Bake egg plant for 20-30 mins.
