Chin ChinChin Chin

Ingredients

  • 1kg all purpose flour
  • 250g butter
  • 1 cup or 200g sugar
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • 1Add the flour in a mixing bowl together with butter, sugar and nutmeg mix till crumbled
  • 2Add the milk and mix till it form a dough then knead for about 5 minutes
  • 3Part it in four and let it rest for 30 minutes and after that knead again
  • 4Roll your dough out till 1 to 1 1/2 cm
    Then cut it in cubes using a knife or pizza cutter
  • 5Heat the oil for frying
  • 6Fry it using a fork to separate it from sticking then continue stirring occasionally till golden brown
  • 7Place the fried chin chin on a paper towel when done
  • 8Allow to cool down and serve with chilled drink
