Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried corn kernel
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp white or yellow cornmeal

Directions

  • 1Soak the corn overnight or at least 8 hours.
  • 2Wash the corn very well and boil with lots of water until the corn is very soft to chew.
    Add a pinch of salt to taste
  • 3Sprinkle the cornmeal and stir continuously till it forms porridge like and if possible add water.
  • 4Serve with milk and sugar. Enjoy
