Ingredients
- 2 cups dried corn kernel
- salt
- sugar
- Evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp white or yellow cornmeal
Directions
- 1Soak the corn overnight or at least 8 hours.
- 2Wash the corn very well and boil with lots of water until the corn is very soft to chew.
Add a pinch of salt to taste - 3Sprinkle the cornmeal and stir continuously till it forms porridge like and if possible add water.
- 4Serve with milk and sugar. Enjoy
