Fried egg for breakfast with a little bit twist.
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Medium onion
- 1/2 Green scotch bonnet pepper
- 1/2 Medium unseeded tomato
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbs of oil
Directions
- 1Break the eggs in a small bowl
- 2Cut the scotch bonnet pepper into very tiny pieces
- 3Cut the rest of the ingredients into fine pieces
- 4Add all the ingredients together and add the salt
- 5Whisk everything together
- 6Put fry pan on a medium heat and add the oil and let it heat well
- 7Put the egg mixture in the pan and fry it till golden brown and turn the other side and fry it also
- 8Enjoy with bread and coffee or tea
