I love this salad especially in the summer. It is fresh, healthy and most of all it fills the stomach.
Ingredients
- 1 tomato cut
- 1/2 medium red onion finely sliced
- 100g can tuna
- 100g feta cheese cut in cubes
- 80g cucumber cut in desired sizes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50g carrot finely sliced
- 2 handful Iceberg lettuce washed and cut
- pinch of salt optional
Directions
- 1In a salad bowl add the tuna and use a fork to make a tuna flakes
- 2Add the rest of the vegetables and mix well
- 3Dress it with oil
