We have everything 'pizza' nowadays, from pizza flavored lays chips to pizza cake, I came up with pizza paratha, if you know how to make roti, this recipe will be super easy for you to follow.

If not, don't despair, I will teach you how to make paratha or you can use the frozen parathas from the store. This recipe is one of my all time favorite, when I am craving for cheese, lots of cheese.

First we will make the filing. You can use leftover chicken, add in capsicum, olives and its ready. Or you can make it from scratch. Take chopped chicken, add in the fry pan with oil and garlic. Saute till half cooked add red chili flakes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Toss in the capsicums, pour 1/4 cup of water just so that the capsicums are slightly cooked, not too soggy and not raw. You want that crispy crunchy capsicum bites. Add olives and any other vegetables you like. Your filling is ready. Keep aside.

Pizza paratha (calzone)

You need pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Apart from that you have to knead roti/ paratha dough. I use my dough kneading machine for the paratha dough. Add 3 cups flour and 1 1/4 cup water into the mixer. Water should be added gradually with 1 1/2 tbsp of oil.

Your dough is ready when it springs back after you press it and it shouldn't stick to the bowl. Divide the dough into 10 equal balls.

Roll each dough ball applying flour while rolling. Spread pizza sauce followed by the chicken mixture and cheese. Fold into a semi circle, press the sides.
