Hot, crispy puris are the traditional breakfast in the indian subcontinent specially on the weekends. My sister in law taught me how to make these wonderful round puris. It tuk me alot of practice and patience to make the perfect round blown puris but its worth at the end. Serve these hot puris with halwa or potato and chickpeas curry.
I have posted a video showing how to fry these puris.
