This is a yummy, clean chocolate flapjacks, great for a post workout meal, or half the recipe and have it as a snack between meals. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g chocolate protein powder
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 50 g greek yoghurt
  • water as needed if you want a thinner batter

Directions

  • 1Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
  • 2Cook the flapjacks on a low heat to prevent burning.
  • 3Top with yoghurt, berries and some honey.
  • Nutrition:
  • 1300 cal, 1 g fat, 50 g prot, 22 g carbs.
