This is a yummy, clean chocolate flapjacks, great for a post workout meal, or half the recipe and have it as a snack between meals. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1 egg
- 40 g chocolate protein powder
- 200 g strawberries
- 50 g greek yoghurt
- water as needed if you want a thinner batter
Directions
- 1Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
- 2Cook the flapjacks on a low heat to prevent burning.
- 3Top with yoghurt, berries and some honey.
