This is a super simple recipe to make a bunch of healthy granola and stores really well and tastes even better!

Ingredients

  • 4 c rolled oats
  • 1 c chopped almonds
  • 1 c puffed rice
  • 1/2 c sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions

  • 1Preheat the oven to 150'C / 300'F and line to oven trays with baking paper.
  • 2Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, making sure the dry ingredients are all well coated with the wet ingredients.
  • 3Spread the mixture thinly over the 2 baking trays.
  • 4Bake for 10-15 min, or until your liking.
  • 5Let cool and store in an air tight container or glass jar.
