This is a super simple recipe to make a bunch of healthy granola and stores really well and tastes even better!
Ingredients
- 4 c rolled oats
- 1 c chopped almonds
- 1 c puffed rice
- 1/2 c sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 150'C / 300'F and line to oven trays with baking paper.
- 2Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, making sure the dry ingredients are all well coated with the wet ingredients.
- 3Spread the mixture thinly over the 2 baking trays.
- 4Bake for 10-15 min, or until your liking.
- 5Let cool and store in an air tight container or glass jar.
