A sugar-free, whole wheat banana bread that taste as good as it gets! I love this banana bread so much. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/3 c coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 c honey
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon or to taste
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 160'C / 325'F.
- 2Spray a bread pan with coconut oil.
- 3In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil and honey. Then add the eggs, mashed bananas and milk and beat well.
- 4Also add the vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and mix well.
- 5Spoon in the flour until it is just combined. Lightly blend in the nuts as well, but don't over mix the batter.
- 6Pour the batter in the pan and top with more nuts. Bake for 55-65 min and let cool for about 15-30 min before slicing. Enjoy!
