A sugar-free, whole wheat banana bread that taste as good as it gets! I love this banana bread so much. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 2 large mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon or to taste
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions

  • 1Preheat the oven to 160'C / 325'F.
  • 2Spray a bread pan with coconut oil.
  • 3In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil and honey. Then add the eggs, mashed bananas and milk and beat well.
  • 4Also add the vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and mix well.
  • 5Spoon in the flour until it is just combined. Lightly blend in the nuts as well, but don't over mix the batter.
  • 6Pour the batter in the pan and top with more nuts. Bake for 55-65 min and let cool for about 15-30 min before slicing. Enjoy!
