- Chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder (mix of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, coriander, turmeric, pepper, cumin, fennel seeds) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 4 tablespoon
- Mint leaves, Coriander leaves - to add flavour

Directions
- 1Heat oil in a pan, and sauté onion and ginger garlic paste.

- 4Now add soya chunks and then the softly beaten curd.
- 5Pour water about twice the measure of the rice. In this case, measure 250 gms of rice in a bowl. Then pour twice the amount of water as the rice.
- 6Allow it to boil, and then add the rice.
- 7Keep flame medium and close the pan.
- 8Let it cook for 5 min in medium flame and another 5 min in low flame. Stir occasionally, if needed.
- 9Switch of the flame and let it be in the heat of the stove for another 5 min. ( In this time, the dampness in the rice gets absorbed and it looks separated)
