Free Fresh rosemary and basil
Ingredients
- Wild-caught salmon filet (thawed)
- Adobo to taste (1/2-2 tsp)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh rosemary
Directions
- 1In a container or plastic food bag, place the salmon with all ingredients
- 2Marinade for at least 1 hour before cooking.
- 3Heat a skillet to medium high, add some butter last take the salmon out of the bag and place it in the hot skillet to dear for 3.5 minutes on each side first. Then, let it cook completely for about 5-6 more minutes. Add leaves of rosemary. Place a lid on top and turn off the heat to allow the herb aroma settle in for about 5 minutes.
