I am often asked what makes my dishes so delicious. They don't believe me when I explain how easy it is to make my healthy dishes.

My diet is simple and wholesome; it's energizing! I name my dishes after personal life experiences, popculture, and poetic inspiration.

Cooking is to me a therapy and a hobby. I enjoy creating new recipes from scratch, and infusing my dishes with Caribbean ingredients. Some of my recipes are adaptations of the American and international cuisines.

When friends come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they begin savoring the meal from the moment they walk into the aromas of fresh spices.

I would like to encourage you to make some time for preparing your own food at home. Try listening to your favorite music while cooking; it's a simple pleasure that will make you feel fully SATISFIED.
