This oat, blueberry, banana, smoothie with nuts and seeds is my favourite breakfast at the moment. I'm a big fan of homemade smoothies and I can't think of any better way to start the day!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed
- 8 almonds
- 8 cashews
Directions
- 1Place all of the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth, this should take less that 2 min. If it’s a bit too thick for you, just add a splash more water.
