- 1 whole grain wrap (soft tortilla)
- 1/4 cup cooked beans (Southern style)
- 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese
- 1Slightly heat the beans and warm the tortilla, separately.
- 2Place the beans in the center of the tortilla, top with the shredded cheese.
- 3Fold two sides of the tortilla, roll it to keep the filling in. Enjoy!
