I never imagined I would be able to enjoy oatmeal or coffee without added sugar!

This wholesome breakfast has only five ingredients!

In the photo: One cinnamon stick on top for decorating, not edible.

Note: Depending on the cut, oats cooking time and methods may vary. Please follow instructions accordingly.


  • Oats 5-6 teaspoons
  • Almond milk 1-1.5 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tspn
  • Walnuts 1/4 cup
  • Berries mix, dried 1/4 cup


  • 1In a small saucepan, pour the milk, then add the oats and cinnamon. Cook in medium high heat, stir for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
  • 2Serve on a plate. Top with the walnuts and berries.
