Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast (thawed and seasoned with adobo or sea salt)
  • 1 Medium size Spanish Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter

Directions

  • 1First, cut the meat halfway horizontally or "butterfly cut" , then, spread the minced garlic over it.
  • 2Place on skillet with the butter, cook in medium hi, covered.
  • 3Meanwhile, Sautee the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook uncovered until brown.
  • 4Remove the onion first, then top it with the chicken when done.
