Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (thawed and seasoned with adobo or sea salt)
- 1 Medium size Spanish Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 Cup of Butter
Directions
- 1First, cut the meat halfway horizontally or "butterfly cut" , then, spread the minced garlic over it.
- 2Place on skillet with the butter, cook in medium hi, covered.
- 3Meanwhile, Sautee the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook uncovered until brown.
- 4Remove the onion first, then top it with the chicken when done.
