An easy way to add a serving of fruit and veggies to the menu is to make a beverage with it! I mix the green texture of spinach with the purple tang of blueberries.

Try this simple frappe recipe, and mix your own favorite greens, fresh or frozen. 

Ingredients

  • 1/5 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/5 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions

  • 1Blend all ingredients in a blender or a wand blender until smooth. Enjoy!
