Ingredients
- 100g canned tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1 can sweet yellow corn, drained
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- Dried parsley and drill
- Salt and pepper
- Onion flakes
- Avocado oil
- 150g mixed baby salad
Directions
- 1In a large bowl, mince the avocado with the back of a fork or a potato masher.
- 2Now add the tuna, finely chopped tomato and onion, corn, avocado oil, onion flakes, salt, pepper, dried parsley and dill to the bowl.
- 3Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
- 4Divide the mixed baby salad in two plates. Top up with the tuna mixture.
