Agidi (Corn flour jello)
1 Cup of corn flour, Water (60 cl)
Washed bitterleaf (1handful), cocoyam ( 15 corms ) or corn flour if you can't get cocoyam where
White yam (1kg), Habanero pepper, 2 tablespoonful grounded crayfish, Smoked fish, 1 medium
Catfish pepper soup
Catfish 600g, a few of Scent leaf, ehu (calabash nutmeg), Crayfish ( 3tablespoonful), Habanero
Okro 200g, Beef, Fish(Titus/mackerel, dry fish and stock fish), Prawns(optional), Red oil(palm
