Who said there is no time for a healthy breakfast?

The trick to this recipe is planning ahead.  Just cook 4-6 oatmeal servings at once and store in individual glass containers in the refrigerator.

Optional: Add a swirl of honey, molasses, or chocolate syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 banana cut up in slices
  • 1 handful of raw walnuts (chopped or whole)

Directions

  • 1Top the oatmeal with the banana slices and walnut. Serve warm or cold.
